Endocrinologists talked about 4 ways to lower blood pressure without taking medication. However, experts emphasized: their recommendations do not in any way exclude visits to a doctor in the presence of this health problem, since they are aimed rather at preventing hypertension, and not at treating it.

First of all, endocrinologists have advised to make physical education an integral part of life. The Sports Palace should be visited at least twice a week. Experts explained: due to physical activity, insulin levels decrease, and metabolism is restored. Secondly, nutrition is essential to normalize blood pressure – unhealthy food raises blood sugar levels. Doctors recommend completely abandoning products such as rice (should be replaced with buckwheat, oatmeal), baked goods, desserts, ice cream, pasta and other flour products. All products that contain sugar should be banned. Fresh fruits and vegetables are an alternative, since they are rich in fiber, thanks to which insulin levels in the body are controlled.
The third way to lower blood pressure without medication is to control your nervous system without anxiety. If panic attacks are still present in life, you need to learn how to deal with them. Often, even minimal stress can lead to high blood pressure. To bring yourself back to normal, doctors recommend taking a bath with aromatic oils, going for a massage, and practicing breathing exercises.
The fourth method is the level of vitamin D, which in the body should not be enough. It is supplied with sunlight, fresh air, fish and dairy products.
